Recipe: Bake at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes
1 sheet puff pastry
egg wash
1tsp corn flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
100-150g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
cream or milk

    What brand of vanilla do you use? I have yet to run into a brand here that is thick like that one. I would love a thicker, richer vanilla extract for baking!

      I use the new Dr Oetker one! I love it as it’s much thicker than the normal vanilla extract! I always wanted a thicker one too!
