2 tbsp caster sugar
100-150g icing sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
cream or milk

  5. What brand of vanilla do you use? I have yet to run into a brand here that is thick like that one. I would love a thicker, richer vanilla extract for baking!

    2. I use the new Dr Oetker one! I love it as it’s much thicker than the normal vanilla extract! I always wanted a thicker one too!
