Puff Pastry Sheet.[ পাফ পেস্ট্রি শিট তৈরির রেসিপি ]
ময়দা ৩ কাপ
লবন ১ চা চামচ
লেবুর রস ৩ চা চামচ
বাটার ২ টেবিল চামচ
পানি ১৫ টেবিল চামচ / পরিমাণমতো
ঢেকে রাখি ৩০ মিনিট
গলানো ডালডা ৩/৪ কাপ মাখন ১/৪ কাপ
ডালডার সাথে মাখন মিলিয়ে এক পাশে রেখে দেই
কিছুক্ষন পর
৩০ মিনিট পর,ডোটাকে বেলে নেই
ডালডা আর মাখনের মিশ্রণ অর্ধেকটা দেই
পরোটার মতো ভাঁজ দেই
নরমাল ফ্রিজে রাখি ১০-১৫ মিনিট
১০-১৫ মিনিট পর আবার বেলে নেই
বাকি অর্ধেক ডালডা আর মাখনের মিশ্রণ দিয়ে দেই
রুটিটাকে ৪ টি ভাগ করবো
২ টি ছোট, ১ টি মাঝারি , ১ টি বড়
প্রথমে ছোট দুটি পেঁচিয়ে নিবো,পরে মাঝারিটা,এরপর বড়টা
নরমাল ফ্রিজে রাখি ৩০ মিনিট
৩০ মিনিট পর
রুটির উপর Cling Wrap / পলি ব্যাগ দিয়ে পেঁচিয়ে নেই
আবার Cling Wrap / পলি ব্যাগ দিয়ে পুরোটা পেঁচিয়ে নেই
এভাবে ডিপ ফ্রিজ রেখে দিতে পারেন ৫-৬ মাস
এটা দিয়ে পেটিস,ক্রিম রোল ইত্যাদি তৈরী করা যাবে কিনা দেখি
চিকেন পুর তৈরী নেই তাই nutella দিচ্ছি
পানি দিয়ে সিল করে নেই
ডিমের কুসুম ব্রাশ করে নেই
১০-১২ মিনিটের জন্য ১৮০ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াসে প্রিহিট ওভেনে বেক করুন

For today’s episode, you’re in for a treat. I will be revealing an almost century old secret recipe. This dish is a specialty of one of the oldest restaurants inside Chinatown in Binondo, Manila: the one and only Ongpin Manosa. Ongpin Manosa May even have invented this dish. Of course I’m talking about their iconic Maki Mi or Gawgaw in Tagalog.

There are many online and YouTube Maki Mi recipes published but none of them taste or look anything close to Ongpin Manosa’s original Maki Mi. So why is it that nobody could crack this dish? The answer is simple: It’s Tagalog name “gawgaw” or “cornstarch” in English is misleading. If you use cornstarch, you will not achieve the same clear, gelatinous soup.

So how do you make this meaty tender, hot, rich and soupy dish you ask? We’ll go find out by watching this episode where I’m revealing a very old Manila Chinatown secret: the Maki Mi!

Welcome back to my channel! In today’s video I’m giving you guys my go to green Herbalife protein shake recipe. This video is great for those of you looking to maintain your weight loss results but also great for beginners too! Tell me what you think in the comment section below ?

PUTO BIGAS (Filipino Steamed Rice Cake) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour
1 cup water
210 ml coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
cheddar cheese (optional)

Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, water and coconut milk. Mix until well combined. Cover the mixture and let it ferment in the fridge for 6 hours to overnight. I can’t wait for overnight so I cook mine after 12 hours lol
2. After the mixture fermented, add in the remaining ingredients: sugar, salt and baking powder. You can add flavors like ube, pandan and etc. but I opt not to add anything because my little one just want the plain puto.
3. Pour the mixture in a lightly oiled/greased puto molds. Don’t put too much oil on the molds!
4. Wrap the lid of your steamer with cheese cloth.
5. Steam in a medium-high heat for 14 minutes. Add in the cheese on top then cover for another 1 minute so the cheese will melt.
6. Serve hot/cold. Enjoy!

This recipe can yield roughly 11-12 regular size puto.

Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Butter 1 Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Eggs 4 large or 5 small
-Flour 2 Cups
-Salt ½ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Vanilla Extract 2 tsp

Directions:
-In an electric mixer, add butter and mix for 1-2 mins.
-During mixing on medium speed, gradually add sugar and mix for 7-8 mins.
-Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, mix for 2-3 mins.
-In flour,add salt and baking powder,mix well.
-Gradually add flour mixture in butter mixture and mix for 1-2 mins,beating just until combined (do not over mix).
-Add vanilla extract and mix for 30 secs.
-Grease loaf pan with butter and sprinkle plain flour.
-Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon.
-Tap the pan against your countertop (tap-tap-tap-tap) to scare away any last few little air bubbles trapped within.
-Bake in pre heated oven at 170 C for 40-45 mins.
-Toothpick inserted in center should come out clean.
-Remove the cake from oven, place on a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
-Cut into slices.
-For sandwich cakes, grease sandwich maker, pour batter and give it 4-5 min.
-Sandwich cake is ready.

Tips:
Baking Time and Temperature:
– Baking time varies based on the size of your pan.
– If you are making simple cupcakes then they should be ready within 15 min.
– For small size loaf pan the time should be 40-45 mins.
– For larger size loaf pan the time should be 45-55 mins.
– Make sure that a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean that is the sign of a fully baked cake.
– The temperature will remain the same at 170 C for all types of pan, and the cake needs to be placed in the center rack with only the bottom burner on. Make sure that preheat the oven at the same temperature (170 C).

-Mixing k doran darmiyani speed mein thori thori ker k cheeni shamil kertay jayein aur 7-8 mins kliya mix ker lein.
-Ek,ek ker k ande shamil kertay jayein aur mix ker kerlein 2-3 mins kliya.
-Maida mein namak aur baking powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab maida k mixture ko thora thora ker k butter mixture mein daltay jayein aur 1-2 mins kliya mix ker lein.
-Vanilla extract dal ker 30 secs kliya mix karein.
-Loaf pan ko grease ker k maida chirak dein.
-Ab loaf pan mein batter dal ker spatula ya spoon ki madad sa batter ko set ker lein.
-Pan ko countertop per tap karein ta k air bubbles nikal jayein.
-Pre heated oven mein 170 C per 40-45 mins kliya bake ker lein.
-Toothpick insert ker k check ker lein.
-Cake ko oven sa nikal ker wire rack per rakh ker thanda ker lein 10 minute kliya.Pan sa cake ko nikal lein aur completely thanda ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker lein.
-Sandwich cakes bananay kliya, sandwich maker ko grease ker lein aur batter dal dein 4-5 mins kliya.
-Sandwich cake tayyar hai.

Tips:
Baking Time and Temperature:
-Pan k size k lehaz sa baking time change hoga.
-Agar app simple cupcakes bana raha han tou who 15min mein tayyar ho jayenga.
-Chota size k loaf pan mean time 40-45 mins lagay ga.
-Bada size k loaf pan mein time 45-55 mins lagay ga.
-Cake k bech mein tooth pick dal ker check karein,tooth pick clean bahir aye tou is k matlab hai k bake ho gaya hai.
-Tamam pan kliya baking temperature 170 C hoga aur cake ko hamasha bottom burner on ker k oven k center rack mein rakhein.Is baat ka kayal rakhein k oven preheat us he temperature per hoga jis per bake hoga (170 C).

PUDING CAKE (BOLO PUDIM)
INGREDIENTS

FOR THE PUDING/ PARA O PUDIM
• 1 tin condensed milk / 1 lata de leite condensado
• 1 tin milk / 1 lata de leite ( use the same measurements of condensed milk/use mesmo medida de leite condensado)
• 4-5 eggs / 4-5 ovos
• 2 cups sugar for caramel / 2 xicaras de acucar para caramelizar a forma

FOR THE CAKE/ PARA O BOLO
• 1 cup sugar/1 xicara de acucar
• 4 eggs( separate egg white and egg yolk) /4 ovos (claras e gemas separado)
• 3 tablespoons butter or oil/ 3 colheres de sopa de manteiga ou oleo
• 2 cups all-purpose flour (sifted) / 2 xicaras de farinha de trigo (peneirada)
• 1 cup warm milk / 1 xicara de leite morno
• ½ tablespoon baking powder / ½ colher de sopa de fermento em po

METHOD OF PREPARATION/ MODE DE PREPARO
CARAMEL/ PARA CARAMELIZAR A FORMA
1. Take a pan (of a 24cm diameter) with a hole in the middle, directly to the stove with 2 cups of sugar, in a low medium heat, let the sugar melt and form a caramel. Hold the baking pan with gloves so that not to burn your hands, with the help of spatula, spread some of the caramel on the edges and reserve.
• Leve uma forma com buraco no meio de 24cm de diametro diretamente na fogao com 2 xicaras de acucar, em fogo medio baixo, deixe o acucar derreter e formar um caramel. Segure a forma com luva para nao queimar as maos, e com auxilio da colher de pau espalhe um pouco do caramel nas bordas, e reserve.
PUDDING /O PUDIM
2. Place in the blender the condensed milk, milk and eggs. Beat well until all ingredients mixed. Put it in the caramelized pan and reserve.
• Coloque no liquidificador o leite condensado, o leite e os ovos. Bata bem ate misturar todos os ingredientes. Coloque na forma calamelada e reserve.
CAKE/O BOLO
3. In a bowl, beat egg whites, add a pinch of salt and reserve. In a separate bowl, beat together butter, sugar and egg yolks until creamy and fluffy, add the sifted flour and milk, mix with a spatula until combined well. Gently fold in the egg whites. Add baking powder (mixing slowly until everything incorporated). Pour cake batter over the pudding (gently). Bake in a preheated medium oven (180C), in a water bath for about 1 and a half hours. Remove from the oven, wait to cool (or you may wish to refrigerate for few hours) before serving. Refrigerating will help the cake and pudding layers be more distinct

• Em uma tigela, bata as claras em neve, adicione uma pitada de sal ou uma colhere de sopa de acucar e reserve. Em uma tigela separada, bata a manteiga, o acucar e as gemas ate ficar cremoso e macio, adicione a farinha peneirada e o leite, mistura bem. Dobre delicadamente as claras em neve. Adicione o fermento em po, mexendo lentamente ate incorporar tudo. Despeje delicadamente a massa de bolo sobre o pudim. Asse em banho maria, em forno medio (180C), preaquecido, por cerca de 1 hora e meia. Retire do forno, espere esfriar ou pode levar a geladeira por algumas horas antes de servir. A refrigeracao ajudara as camaradas de bolo e pudim a serem mais distintas.

1-2 Tbsp Black Sago (Pearls), cooked
Oreo Shake (Second Layer)
2 Tbsp crushed oreo (Third layer)
Chopped Oreo cookies, for toppings
Drizzle of Condensed Milk

FOR 1 SERVING OF OREO SHAKE
1 pcs Oreo Cookies
1 Tbsp Evaporated Milk
1 cup Crushed Ice
Drizzle of Condensed

Materials
12 oz Clear Plastic Cups
Big Straw

Procedure
1. In a blender combine oreo cookies, evaporated milk and crushed ice. Processed until the smooth.
2. In a clear plastic cup put black sago(pearl) on the bottom of the cup. Then for the next layer pour in oreo shake. For the third layer add crushed oreo. Pour oreo shake until you reach the bottom of the cup. Then top with chopped oreo cookies and drizzle with condensed milk.

Yields: 3 Cups of Oreo Shake
