INGREDIENTS:

Batter:

-2 1/2 Cups of all purpose flour
-2 Tbsp cocoa powder
-2 Tsp baking powder
-1 Tsp baking soda
-1/2 Tsp salt
-1/2 Cup butter(room temperature)
-1 1/2 Cups of powdered sugar
-2 Eggs
-1/2 Cup vegetable oil
-1 Cup butter milk
-1 Tbsp vanilla essence
-1 Tsp white vinegar
– Red food colouring

Cream cheese frosting:

-1/2 Cup of unsalted butter(110gms)
-250gms Cream cheese
-1 1/2 Cups icing Sugar(300gms)
-Grated white chocolate
